Well, fanboards are usually a very boring place. Pre-adolescent fan-girls gushing about the non-existent acting talent of David Caruso, his hair, his eyes, etc. - nauseating, we know.
But from time to time they deliver blurbs/"fan-art" etc that is worth mentioning/printing. Like the picture above.
