The CSI Miami star wants to wed again (some guys never learn) but he still hasn't been able to reach a financial settlement with his THIRD (!) ex-wife Margaret Buckley.

The 50 year old actor divorced her in August 2005, but in California couples can finalize their split before agreeing on a settlement. Sources say she' is demanding so much in back alimony and property that it will NEARLY WIPE HIM OUT.

I MUST SAY THAT CARUSO BROUGHT THAT ONTO HIMSELF BY JUMPING INTO ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP BEFORE THE LAST ONE WAS SETTLED (Seems to be A PATTERN WITH CARUSO; marriage nr. one ended only two month before his child with wife nr. 2 was born.) And now he's caught between a rock and a hard place.

Unfortunately, I DON'T SEE WHAT HE CAN DO OTHER THAN BITE THE BULLET and give Margaret what she wants.

What a therapist would say about DAVID CARUSO:

Being human is a messy, imperfect voyage in life. Caruso's seems to be messier and more imperfect than some and it would be interesting what hole in his soul he is trying to fill with multiple women, partying,being on a hit show, whatever.

I would seriously doubt Caruso is a happy man. Happy men or women don't treat other people like dirt or worse, publically humiliate wives/GF/SO, whatever or start/pick fights in public over nothing or throw away people like throwing out the trash.
Unless he makes a 180 degree change, I predict he'll continue to live and die a very, very angry and unhappy man who keeps enough people toadying up to him to convince himself and his large, but fragile ego that he really is SOMEONE.

Quite frankly, it is sad that he can't recognize his own destructive behavior and those around him either don't or can't try to convince him to change. There isn't enough money or anything else in this world for me to want to live his life--what is documented as real facts and the inferences that can be made.

Not a class act at all and only he can change it and evidently doesn't want to. Ah, well, only you can save yourself after all is said or done.

CSI Miami star David Caruso could soon to be forced his beloved South Florida condo and cough up a lot more - if his bitter ex has her way (SERVES HIM RIGHT!!!)

Caruso quitely divorced third wife Margaret Buckley in August 2005 to marry an ex-prostitute.

But while the 50-year-old actor's divorce is final the heated settlement battle has prevented him from tying the knot, say insiders.
"David hasn't paid Margaret a penny in alimoney since they split- and she's steaming over it." says a source.
He claims that he is more than willing to put the whole thing behind him and move on. But until both agree on a doller figure David can live with, he refuses to settle."

Caruso has reimbursed his ex-wifes living expenses, but she is claiming that he ows her an additional $ 25.000,-- a month in alimoney - retroactive to the day they split - plus half the couple's community property, says the source.

Let's say there was a person somewhere in the USA who had - on a cold day in February this year - nothing better to do than scan the net for interesting tid-bits and pieces of gossip. Out of curiosity this person put a name in a search engine - and the engine popped up the most interesting bits and pieces connected to this name.
Then an idea formed in this persons head. This person drafted a letter - of course none of the persons mentioned in this letter ever existed. But this person made them sound so real - the recipient was wanted for a TV ad - that the recipient of the letter was all for it the moment the letter reached him.
Little did he know that it all was only a joke.
The recipient of the letter phoned a person he had hired to get him work. He told that person to phone the person who wrote the letter telling this person that he was very, very interested.
No name of a company ever had been mentioned but obviously - in the recipients head - an opinion had formed about WHO wanted to work with him.
Soon the talks revolved around money matters - the writer of the letter mentioned a sum out of the blue - and the recipient was elated. That was a whole lot of dough - even for someone like him.
Times, dates and places where set - the recipient tried to negotiate with the writer of the letter about dates - obviously the recipient had other (well-known) obligations to fullfill - but the writer wouldn't budge and - wonders never cease to happen - agreed. Of course, the recipient asked for his special make-up-artist and hair-stylist to be included. He never worked without them. Of course, why not?
With a heavy heart the writer of the letter decided it was time to pull out of the whole thing - after all it had been so much fun and the writer really, really had enjoyed it. A few days later the recipient learned the truth and was - pissed. Really pissed. He phantasized about someone out there plotting a conspiracy against him.
But sorry, it was only someone making a joke - a mean one - but a joke after all.
Apologies were exchanged (not that they were heart-felt but they were a necessity) just to follow rules.
The writer of the letter returned to his old life again musing about how easy it was to PUNK@ one of those celebs.
